Winning a championship belt is an exciting moment that you
should be proud of. When you are doing anything from writing
an essay, to playing a game at party poker, to boxing, if
you do well at it is great to be rewarded. To receive
something showing that your work has been recognized is a
very important thing.
When you do get a belt you will want to look after it as
best you can. You want it to last for as long as possible,
so that when you grow old you will be able to look at it and
remember your success. If you aren't too sure about how to
look after it then read the following to see what our tips
are to help you keep your belt looking as great as the day
you got it.
This
is very important to the safety of your investment..
Most people out there clean their belts with Windex, well
this is right and wrong, One of the things I tell all my
clients is to treat their belts as a piece of fine jewelry. Do
not dropped it face first on the floor, and do not use it as a
gimmick to hit another wrestler. Yes these belts can take
abuse but ALL BELTS WILL BREAK EVEN THE CUSTOM ETCHED ONES.
Take pride in your investment. At wrestling shows we use the
policy of " If you break it , You bought
it!!:"
Cleaners that are safe
Windex with No Ammonia
Car wax that says it is safe on Clear Coats. ( NOT
THE CLEANER WAX )
Use a soft eye glass towel.
Things NOT TO USE ON YOUR BELTS

A Jewelry Cleaning Towel
Ammonia
Alcohol
Bras-so
